Is it to late?

I have a lvl 30 pure int bow character. I heard that pure int bow is like the worst build. Im still wondering is it to late to make it into like a hybrid str now? or should i just start over... I already have a lvl 21 pure str bow. well should I?

keep going with the pure int and switch to sword or spear

too late to be a str or a bow user. sicne ur pure int, keep leveling with bow, but pick either spear or sword and get those skills up.
pure int bow will level the fastest up till 40 or 50. its just no good in pvp.

wat exactly do u mean pick either spear or sword and get those up...They would be really far behind then, and then I would have to use those things to get rid of my pacheon. Also i would have to sp farm for quite a while to completely switch over to heuksal.

actually i think ill just start using the lvl 21 now then... its not that far behind the lvl30, but itll just mean more grinding.
It should take be only about 1-2 weeks to get lvl 30.
