Hey please tell me quick i found a good sos set but its female and 5D .. can swich it to male ? does gender change work on sos ? and do i have to get the one from 16 silk the midle one ?

Yes.

Theres only 3 tools I think right?
It should say on them which degree items they change. I'm guessing 5th is in the middle one too.
