For euro...

do we just download the euro client on the sro homepage? Or do we have to have SRO (China) installed too?

You need China installed too, which you already have if you are currently using the game..

All you have to do is download the torrent on the DataBank page of
http://www.silkroadonline.net
However, you do need to have the China version installed and updated in order to install it.
NOTE: IF u download the euro client, do
NOT open it, untill europe comes out.

If you want to play right now, you have to download cSRO and register on the chinese site. If it's for the iSRO version, that has not been released yet but you can dl the client from their site.

At the moment you are able to torrent the Euro Torrent but cannot install it yet. SRO China should be installed yes.

I just want to play euro with my guildmates from iSRO.
