CAN ANYONE MAKE A GUIDE on chinese chars. with new skills?

i would love to see a guide for pure/hybrid INT builds with the new 70-90 skills...i have read A Lethargic Lizard's Guild to INT Builds...(by: IguanaRampage) but i would love to see a new guide with the 70-90 skills in it....thx

First we're not getting 90 cap so you can only plan on level 70~80 skills for now.
Second, if it's int related you should only consider the Mana Shield (new ice skill) and if it's worth changing from mastery X to Cold Mastery. Since ints aren't that complicated after all.
I'd like to add that there is a new nuke for cold too, maybe that would make it worth? It's up to you...

the lvl90 skills are only aviable in kSRO and iSRO is waaaayyyy behind so dont bother expecting it
very few SRF members still play kSRO now
the mana shield is worth investing ice when it does come in a few years
