My Return to Athens (Dilemma)

I am planning to make my return from the cold world of KSRO back to my home in Athens, I will be purchasing a Premium and a Skill Ticket but I not fully confident of what to do with them.
Option 1: Farm and Cap my Lv 80 Blade with the Premium and Sp Ticket, Get the new skills and just generally make it bad ass again.
Option 2: Make another account, Powerlevel my European Character after or while using my Lv 80 Blader.
Option 3: Use Premium and SP Ticket on a European character...
I need some advice thank you.

u should make it a pole. Personally i would powerlevel a euro char or use the ticket on a european char

or do u want to be strong with ur guy u haven now??
all depends on those two things
personally, make a euro character, see how u like it, if not, pimp out ur character now

make a euro character, youre basically lvl 80 and its all old skool n shit now
its time for a change and what better to use tickets on than an all new adventure.

Keep in mind I only have tickets for only 1 character, so I have to be absolutely sure which one... from my experience in KSRO with a good powerlevelling scheme you can easily reach 60~70+ without a ticket, so maybe I will use a premium ticket after the one I use on my Blader

Well maybe its just because of my bad experience in KSRO where parties are very hard to come by and right now my gold ticket time is going wasted, but I may do a euro, I have a very good plan for a nice build similar to my KSRO one.
I'm considering a Euro character right now.

and then grind/Powerlevel with me and MH to the legit top just like the good ol days

You got already to Lv6x on Euro, so you know how to play Euro.
This will give you an advantage
