I know there are tools out there if you do some searching. make sure they dont have viruses. (some antivirus things might find a program that uses auto-it suspicious, so just check out the comments about the program.)

Increase your paging file, if it shows you that retarded pop up thingy about not having enough virtual memory. And what do you mean by "resize" ?

How exactly does resizing the window make the program use less memory?

Run the game on 800*600, remove player name + self name + guild names etc, and play using F12. You could also try some ram optimizers.

+1

And if pressing Alt-Windows-Enter crashes your computer, using up resources to run a program that resizes your window will definitely crash your computer.

Where can I get it? SRO client takes way too much from my ram ...like 100% I think :S

Yeah, just make sure your not running any programs you don't need to be. Such as MSN, itunes, firefox. Or any background programs. If your running the bare minimum thats needed you shouldn't running more than 30 proceses (assuming your running firewall+Anti-virus)

To increase your virtual memory, go into the control panel and select system. Depending on which version of windows you are using select the virtual memory tab. You can increase it there.

run as little amount of other programs as possible.

also change the game dimensionss withint the game (the resolution), lower the graphics a bit.

also, the game will have more memory assinged to it in fullscreen, if you window it, it will lag more :P

Maybe less gfx that your computer has to render?

I think the best thing to do is get a new computer if you have the funds, or buy some memory (they are cheap).... I have 4GB of RAM on my system and everything is instantaneous.

HOly fart nuggets, isn't 4 GB a little much, cuz my friend has 2 GB, and everything is pretty much instantaneous over there too

sro take like 800 to 900 mb of ram. 4 is not needed.. if you have xp 1gb should work fine vista have 2gb..

dont get 4gb.. windows 32 bit cant see 4gb of ram and cant use it.

this maybe of use to people going on about " i have 4gb of ram "

That's why you use the corporate server edition. It's designed to be very easy on the hard drive and memory, yet more effective than the consumer's edition.

Not really because if you have a lot of memory, you can disable the paging file (virtual memory on your hard drive where access and read/write time is slow).
