Well am talking about the offical website.

if you click here : fire skills

and here: higher galve skills

you can see that they still have to update the skill listed
which have been in game for months now

I believe the skills on the site are those from the 60 cap.
Complete lists can be found on sro.mmosite.com

Don't trust the stats by heart... the sp totals and damages are wrong at times.
