How to make a sro video ?

What program to use ? i tryed Fraps but it makes too big .avi lol

when youre recording raw video it will always be large, you will need to bring it into an editor to compress it (Sony Vegas/Adobe After Effects/Final Cut/ETC)

you have to put the fraps video in windows movie maker to change the file type or virtual dub or something else i guess but no matter what you use its going to have a huge file that you will need to make smaller
