with euro does the first tier of 9th degree clothes also come?

Bah apparently not which really sucks, I'd have much rather taken the 90 cap and gears before the europe stuff, at least then it could be properly connected instead of just using the desert route.

There is no mention of 9th degree items in the Euro patch.

Well it would prob be a choice between 80 skills or 90 cap...now imagine being 90 and using 69 skills. But these questions should really go in the sticky, mods are taking a hit today with these
