Euro Comes July..And we get the news one week later LOOK!

i posted my opinion on ISRO on ksro one week ago. and many of you where pleased..And we get the news that we are getting New China Skills, Euro, Gaurdian System, and much more This week. Do you guys think I may have been one of the reasons they would of implemented This to ISRO Since i guess they kinda noticed we where pissed?
