IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i have a 4hr penalty (378min is what it started at)
lol i was goin for 10k arrange points but friggin Hicaro merced me -_- basturd lol
ill post ss of my 4hrs of penalty for all you ppl who dont belive me ^^

when you kill a certain amount of traders/hunters you get arrange points and then wanted status.. blabla

while thieving if you kill traders or hunters you get arrange points. After you get more then 3,000 arrange points you become wanted. There are 2 ways to get rid of wanted: 1. sit and wait till your arrange points are less then 3,000 or 2. let a hunter kill you. If you're killed while in wanted state you must pay a penalty of gold and wait a penalty of time before you can do any job again.
dam sro is so anit-thief lol i dont see any hunters gettin penalty time xP

In fact it costs them money in pots to stay alive...........

What if you don't pay and don't wait? If you go grinding somewhere that no one goes with hunter suits, wouldn't it eventually wear off?
