Avatar stall?

When i open a stall i get the confirmation window up saying "Etablish as stall avatar?" what does it mean? I tried both yes and no i dont see any difference

with me when I say no I get the ordinary stall and when I say yes the I uses the avatar that I purchased with silk.

Did you buy premium? That comes with the stall avatar.

You get an avatar stall with a PT. The only difference are the looks.
