Pk2 Guide Question

I know I know... there's a guide section for this. But I was hoping to start some editing tonight and people don't check that forum as often as the GD section. So here I go with my question:

I want to edit a TIER of 8th degree (not the entire degree). Example:

I want to change all of my level 72-77 gear (including all the 72 weapons, armor, garms, protectors,) up to the 9th degree look. I feel this would make the 80 cap feel a little more interesting. I read the tutorial how to edit the ENTIRE degree, but that would change ALL of the gear from 64-77 which I do not want. I only want the 3rd tier to be changed over to 9th degree.

Can someone help me out here or point me to a tutorial how to edit tiers? Thanks

I didn't download from that link. I didn't feel like scanning it (even though he's my union mate gotta be careful). What was bad about it? O_o
