how do u guys switch between armor and garment?

for example: i have protector @ 5d right now, and i want to switch to garment for 6d and 7d, how would i do it? should i buy a full set of 6d garm and switch when im high lvl enough to wear them all (in the mean time buy 6d protectors) or buy a full set of 5d garm and wear them now (while upgrading them to 6d as i lvl)?

which is more effective?

also is garment better for farming? because it saves 20%mp and has 20% speed boost; however, it makes me take more dmg since i'll be farming on phy atk mobs.

I just would train to lvl 47 and keep armor till then and keep the pieces of garment you find then just buy the pieces that are left and switch

imo stick with prot till higher lvl if u are a str caracter...less phy damage from mobs :)

INT player should generally wear Armor....but seeing how your a "big hybrid"
go for protector

ok, if you ar int hybrid you should use protector, u have enough mag def, u need phy def because almost all mobs do phy damage.

although in theory that's the best choice, but:
1) male prot + armor at 7d look ugly
2) garm is fast
3) a LOT of pure int are also wearing garm.

and im talking about farming here, so probably mobs a little lower than my lvl.

As YangKang sasid just keep in prot til you can wear a full set of D6 garms and just save any garm drops and buy the rest you need when you can wear it. in the mean time i wouldnt bother buying the rest of the prot you need either as it wil just be a waste of money imo.
