OK, so its completely over for me now,
ive been asking joymax 3 months for the answer to my secret question,
cuz i already felt something like this was coming up.
I got hacked.
3 months, plenty of emails, topics on the site, no answers, the topics
were deleted and when i asked in another topic why they were, my
post were also deleted.
So her and now, i'd like to give the big finger ,,|,, to joymax and
all their retards as of now.
How the fk can u neglect a legit player that has been paying and
playing for 65 lvls, for almost a year, always behaved himself and
never used any forbidden programm.
Seriously, how far are their heads stuck in their asses?
How did a game i liked when i started turned into a complete retarded game, overruled by bots, turks, hackers, spammers and idiotic employees?
How did a game that was good @ the beginning turned into some pethatic i-want-to-make-a-million-dollar-profit game?
U cant log in properly as it was... no, now u need to pay 20 euro's in order
to log in and start playing.
And when u start playing, u get spammed, flamed, begged for money,
and lets not forget, u cannot even grind properly due the bots that joymax
creates themselves...
Cuz it is a fact that a popular bot programm is made and sold by joymax itself.
So by here, im absolutely done with this shit.. sorry for my words, but its just like that.

You should take better care of your customers joymax, seriously...

Sorry to hear that happened to you. However, I think you may have gone about it the wrong way. Joymax is not going to give you the answer to your secret question. How are they to know you are really you? I wasn't on the official forums to see your topics, but if you were basically just asking them "Hey my account got hacked. What's the secret answer for the XXXXXX account?" I can understand why the topics were deleted.

Granted, they should have made an effort to try and find out who you are and if you actually were having login problems with your account, and not just trying to hack someone else's acocunt. But I'm sure they get a lot of requests like that, legitimate and not.
