what do i do with those bone made bow piece do i npc them or turn them in?

They are useless, just NPC them.

As above, they are useless and do nothing. Just NPC them, or leave them on the ground.

I was wondering the same thing o.0 you can npc them for a little bit of $$$$ (the quest guy also tells you that)
