SRF Flags

I know there is a topic in Artist corner.... about SRF Flags? what are they? what are they for? are they dumb? do i need them?

They are the images that appear where your "location"(change it in your profile) is under your name.
Where you would put your server name an image(a flag or banner saying that server on it) appears instead of just text basicly.
