k well first off im very sorry if i posted this in the wrong section.

you see i have this friend of mine, and he cant play silkroad on his computer.
we really wanna play silk together but his computer isnt allowing him -_- .

so I'm gonna ask you guys if you can help him fix his error.

He starts the silkroad launcher then he clicks start. Game Guard runs and about 5 seconds after a error comes up. It says something like download directX.

So we went to the microsoft website and downloaded directX 9.0 C from:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... laylang=en

I will tell you the details of his computer:
Windows XP
.Net Framework 2.0 is installed
I think he just formatted his computer, but before he did silkroad was working.

Make sure your friend has all the lastest drivers and he updates windows.

Yea, make sure you have the latest graphics card drivers or else silkroad wont run.

lol i dont update my window full of microsofts spyware to moniter ur pc
slows mine down quite alot

do I have to buy those graphic card drivers or can I just DL them?
