ongoing premium quest?

Hi guys, long time player/reader first time poster....

what i need to know is, if you have done the seed quest 2/3 times and on the 3rd time you have say 200 seeds but you ticket runs out, can you continue the quest when you buy another ticket?

i dont really want to hand in what i have when the ticket runs out, becuase the sp isnt great unless you have the full 500.

I shouldnt think theres a problem but not sure if the quest will disapear or if i'll loose the seeds i have.

any help appreciated.

Just use the 200, if you know JM they'll just rip you off...use them while you can!

Its been about 5 weeks, I got mine 2 days after it came out and its been done for 5ish days.

I think you can still keep extra cursed heart thingies that weren't in a division of ten when you get the prize for the stat reduction quest that's also at the herbalist NPC, and I think you can use them if you restart the quest too and since Joymax loves recycling code, they probably did the SP one the exact same way. Then again if you manually quit the cursed heart quest, all your hearts disappear lol.

I know you will keep the extra ones if you don't have a full set of ten because I have done that and yes they will count towards the next one.

yea i dont really want to hand them in early... if i had in 300 (which is prolly what i'll have by the time my ticket runs out) i get 1200 sp, where as 200 more and i get 2500 sp more than double.

So with two tickets i should be able to do all 6 seed quests if i can carry them over. I know the cursed heart one can be retaken but not sure about this. A guild mate just tried handing in his after the ticket ran out and the npc doesnt except them.

if anyone knows for sure and is on thier second ticket it would be useful to know.

You should be able to get all 1500 before the PT runs out, I just made it with mine. You could always use share partys too if you don't think you'll make it. They might stay in your inventorys after it expires, not worth risking it though.

yea i think if i were nearer the 500 mark i prolly would do a share party till i have them all, but my ticket time has now run out and i have 309. So like you say its not worth risking it this time, i'll just hand them in.... but if anyone tries holding on to them and it works please let us know

If i were you, i would just hand them in. If i understand correctly, you can do the quest 3 times per premium ticket.

So you finish 2 times, and are halfway thru the 3rd. Well, since you didnt hand them in, you are missing out on the 3rd time you can do that quest. Now if you continue collecting when you start another PT, when you hand in the quest, you will only be able to do it 2 more times, thus missing out on possible SP.

Did that make sense?

my ticket ran out and i still have the seeds in my inventory. im guessing you can carry them over but it counts as the first quest for the new ticket.

Join a share party before the ticket runs out and you'll keep collecting seeds.

yes that did make sense... but what i was thinking is...

If you complete the quest twice, thats 2 x 2500 = 5000sp + 1200sp (from handing in 300 seeds) = 6200sp from the ticket. So if that were done over 2 tickets thats 12400 sp total

Vs

completeing the quest 5 times over two tickets, insted of dividing the 6th quest into two, which is 5 x 2500sp = 12500 sp total

so after all its only 100sp difference and for collecting less seeds.... but iv decided on this occasion im just gonna hand them in at 300

I can also never be arsed to join a share party either... just adds to the overall grinding i have do every night and i dont have time to continue much after my ticket runs out.
