STILL BANNED T_T

On april 26th, my paypal account got limited access, and chargeback was done to my silk payments, so I got banned. I asked MorningDew before how to unban my sro account. He said Joymax has nothing to do with chargeback issues, and I have to solve the limited access problem with Paypal. After more than a month, I managed to collect all the documents needed to restore full access to paypal account. I couldnt make it earlier, because bank needed time to finish the documents, but now, that problem is solved, and my Paypal is funcioning normally again. But still, I am banned.
Can anyone please help me with some info? Is there any way to unban my sro account? I didnt do anything illegal! Everything was 100 percent legit, and I finally managed to get my paypal account back, thinking I will unban my character by doing that. What to do? Is there anything? I am desperate.

How to do that?

you have to contect payapl probly via email and tell them u want to pay the $x.xx amount you owe them.
Then when you have paid the amount owed you must ask them (paypal) if they can email sro to verrify that you have infact payed and also paypal cannot send sro forwarded emails or they won't except it... hope this helps

and that comment was helpful to his issue how?

anyway like others have said it's paypal you need to deal with, get them to pay the amount owed and then they need to contact joymax for you explaining what happened etc.

phoning them if far better way to get anywhere with paypal tbh

Understood, shaolin00. Thank you. I also e-mailed Silkroad Online, as said in the same topic as this one, in "Technical Help" tab:

Handelo wrote:Joymax have banned you because of the chargeback issue, not because of the state of your PayPal account - they can't monitor it. And because they can't monitor it, you will not get unbanned automatically even if you do restore your PayPal account. What you must do now is send an e-mail to Joymax, explaining what has happened and noting that the problem has been fixed. Simply ask them to unban your account.

U guys think this might work? I need some support now... :banghead:

Oh My God!

Great news. I got an answer from Paypal Company. They said they now understaind the problem, and they are very sorry this all happened. They also said they will do everything to unblock my joymax account, and it can be done only by PAYPAL contacting JOYMAX.

Paypal said they tried contacting Joymax, but wasnt successful in it. They didnt say the reasons though. So Paypal has a task for me: They want me to forward the mail sent to me (by paipal) to Joymax, as a proof of cooperation. Forwarding the e-mail sent to me, Joymax will now know there was no fraud at all, that all this was a security measure, and that people are doing their best to solve the problem - unblock Joymax account. :D

so...

Im pretty sure i read that forwarded emails will do no good, it must be a direct contact between Paypal and Joymax.

If paypal sent the confirmation email to paypro@silkroadonline.net like MD said in your thread on the official forums, all you can do now is wait.

Good Luck to you :)

Well in the e-mail Paypal has sent me, they say they tried to contact JM, but couldnt make it. What the hell?

Also, 2 e-mails are mentioned.
When silk is bought, u get a bill-type confirmation e-mail. In that e-mail, it is said that the e-mail is pay@silkroadonline.net. MD says it's paypro@silkroadonline.net. I also think forwardint paypal's e-mail to JM wont do anything good. Why did paypal told me to do so then!? :banghead:
Dude Im sick of waiting. I got banned in 26 apr :x

Perhaps quoting MD from the forums in an email to paypal will help them figure out what needs to be done in order to fix this problem.

Fit these 2 things into the email somewhere.

From the general FAQ:

Q. My account has been blocked with the stated reason due to chargeback reasons. How do I get it unblocked?

A. We will ONLY cancel/lift an account block when we recieve notification directly from Paypal, Cyberpass, and the various card companies that
1] the chargeback has been resolved and payment has been received
or
2] the valid card/account holder has cancelled their chargeback claim

To unblock your account, you must first contact the payment partner that you used to make the purchase. If you used PayPal, contact PayPal. If you used ClickNBuy, contact ClickNBuy. If you used a credit card, contact your credit card company. You must resolve the ORIGINAL chargeback issue. We do not accept alternate payments. Please do not send us direct payments in an attempt to unblock your account. This does not work. After the issue has been settled, ask the payment provider to send us an email to paypro@silkroadonline.net . No forwarded emails, phone calls, faxes, or scanned copies of email is accepted. Only a direct email from the payment partner is accepted as proof that the chargeback is complete. Once this email has been received, we will lift the block.

Nothing else will result in the cancellation of your account block. Everything else will be rejected and will not result in the lifting of your account block.

A response from the thread:

Crni_Vatreni,

You need to have paypal, NOT you, send a confirmation email to

paypro@silkroadonline.net

Please refer to the sticky under chargeback issues.

-Joymax Moderation Team.

&

This is how a chargeback ban works.

1 - Payment services notifies Joymax.
2 - Joymax bans account.
3 - User clears debt to payment service company.
4 - Payment service company verifies and contacts Joymax.
5 - Joymax unbans your account.

If you take the necessary steps and correct procedures to unban, this can take up to 14 Business days.

- Joymax Moderation Team

While i know paypal has done this for others, all of the representatives might not be aware of what needs to be done. Once they are clear of the process, it might get done correctly.

Also, try having them send an email to both email addresses, pay@silkroadoniline.net as well as paypro@silkroadonline.net . That might better your chances.

Good Luck

I dont know if by that bolded sentence you meant that paypal did that, but as said before, communication between yourself and joymax is useless, it must be between paypal and joymax.

By bolded sentence, I ment I sent an e-mail to Joymax on both addresses. I dont know was it pointless or not, but I wrote to Joymax same thing I did to Paypal, and I forwarded that e-mail Paypal had sent me. ON BOTH E-ADDRESSES.

Paypal screws up and you get banned. End of story. There is no happy ending. There is no fix. No corrections. No "Yay i got unbanned" 4 months later.

Make a new character so you can get over the fact that you got jipped by the two most retarded companies in the world.

See, this is what im saying though. You sending an email to Joymax on behalf of paypal will do nothing. They need the email directly from paypal. No 3rd parties (you) involved.

Maybe this caused comunication problems. Paypal said they tried to make contact with Joymax but couldnt make it.

This is a screenshot of email sent to u by paypal, when u buy silk. This is what Paypal says:

This is a screenshot of a post at silkroadonline forums. This is what Joymax says:

Notice the e-mails are different. Maybe Paypal has sent the confirmation e-mail (which unbans my account) to the address they consider the right one???
