does the 4 days time limit start when i hit lvl 65 or when i start the quest for the first time

It starts after u took the quest.
Note: 4 days in sro = 2 hours in real life

12*4=48

So for everyday you've played your char has played 48 days. So if you've played for a year, your char is 48 years old?

I'm baaaaaad at even the simplest math.
