I know it adds INT&STR but is that all? I asked some people and they said it increases dmg but it increases MORE for INTS.

Is it true?

I think the INT/STR bonus is all there is to it...
There's no actual "damage" added, but for pure INT builds, the extra 2 INT does add more dmg than the 2 STR for pure STR builds. If you know what I mean >_>

Is it worth buying one?

well by your sig you are lv20+ only so no not now anyway
lvl up abit get some gold and then buy one more STR/INT is always good to have

and seriously, not every lvl 20 is poor, im 1x and i have 5mil+ (in elements and equip... if i ever bother setting up stand)

BUy it if you want. No need asking us if you should buy it if you have the money really. But I see why you did ask. The only increase in damage is from the +2int/str that you get of the flag ^.^ its a cool item to have I guess.

any little stat boost is always welcome and the higher you get the more important it will get to make a difference between a loss or win situation

Like santa sets they look awful with the wind bug, which can be fixed with pk editing or the not change option, it's never long before they go back stiff though, one little setting change and your back to square one. They never fix the simple stuff, still waiting for the desert music to be added, I wouldn't be surprised if we got the 90 area before the 80 area gets it's music
