Silkroad Online Forums

Hi im wondering why dont any of you people use silkroad tavern i would like to know why?

Because we all moved to SRF when Tavern started to be Flaming forum only.. ( Like SRF is starting to get now also )

Once upon a time, a long long time ago, when I was just a noob, I belonged to SRT.

Then, one day, I discovered SRF!

That day, I became one of the elite.

The end.

SRT was one of the reasons why Ryoko created this forum. SRT community was full of flamers.

the fact my virus scanner always alamrs by only visiting that website was enough reason

Yeah it is not dead, still alive as SRF.. But a lot left it due a lot of flaming in the past..

SRT is alot older than SRF and was a great forum back in the early early days of SRO as we used the forums to learn from one another what Joymax wouldn't teach us, or tried and failed through the horrible engrish that was in the game at the time. Currently, there are very little fruitful people and threads on SRT so I barely even check the place these days. SRF is just a lot better. I also check the sro.mmosite.com forums out every now and then but its community is much smaller than SRF's.

I'm still on SRT. I check it before I come here. I remember the new posts button would show 11, 12 pages of threads/posts, now it usually shows only 1 or 2. It's pretty vacant =\

Yea tavern sux lol, but I still go check around there sometimes too, even though I have been banned like 20 times, I am now DarkJackal_IX atm, haven't been banned on this one for awhile now lol.

Srf > Srt

Oasis died , left it.
Tavern died, left it.
And one day srf dies too..

forum communities die because the vibe that brought people to them initially wanes. it won't happen to SRF if we all try to keep the culture that this forum was founded upon alive.

we are MUCH better than SRT, even right now

Yea SG have big patience sometimes and it is good ,but SG can even be to hard sometime . But I belive all have bad days and is not so easy be a admin ..

because their website looks ugly.

this one looks better and is easier to move around in.

Its hard to find useful information in SRT.
And personally I think the word "Tavern" doesn't fit with Silkroad

SRT replies take so long when u make a new topic ppl dont respond for a while, also ther mods seem to be inactive. The mods here are more active but a little more strict.....
