Venice Server LAG !

Venice Server lags since Friday and i can't log in althou there are only few players online...anyone else have lag??
Also once logged in i get disconnected after about 30 min...
Some idea how to fix this other than hunt down this peabraind korean little mot..*ä#öeers and rip out theyr dickshit brains and eat them???
