lol >.>..

Anyway, wouldn't suing em just hurt things if anything? I mean just causing even more stuff for joymax to deal with instead of the game, and then if they lose a lot of money they could make the game where you need to pay more money to use it lol.

Because they don't uphold their agreement to keep the game in a good environment or something probably.

Its been tried, there has been delogations about this. It wont work.

Also, there is no point to Sue them, just because you dont like it? Crazy.

It's a free game, a very good free game. Its not deniable, it has it's flas, but look under it. We see a great game

not for long.
COME ON they start with item mall, then scroll time, now "premium" so if you pay money you get in server after one try, and i bet that eventually it will be ALL pay to play... SO MANY complains against the login policy they had and they did nothing to fix it. and now, suddenly out of the blue, the DO know how to make it possible for you to login after one try, "but... hey... if they want to login in one try that bad, lets charge money for it :D" i mean LOOK AT THE Hypocrisy! all this time they could make our lives MUCH easier and they didn't! and now they will only do it if we pay them to do it. i protest against the policy of premium because its half way to a pay to play game.... they probably only used us, free players, to test the game, and find the errors and bugs. :banghead:

free to play? barely. pay to play? soon enough, i guess.

Sue them for what?

Emotional distress I guess :P But trying to log on is not going to be reason enough.

What lawyer told you that joymax can't be sued? None I am sure. And I don't care what Key-j says. Sure if you never bought silk you may as well just STFU. But anyone who has bought silk can and would be well within their right to sue Joymax. People have won lawsuits with less justification. Joymax is liable for selling timed items such as non-premium tickets or pets and not taking "reasonable" action to see that you can use it. They are in fact using neglection of their duties as a means to drive sales of premium items. Joymax is quite liable.

lol yea, joymax has done a pretty bad job at times at doing what they state they are gonna do, I know a few gold tickets I wouldn't mind getting back after not being able to properly use them from all the bots and lag a while ago, i'm sure theres plenty of other stuff too. Wouldn't be surprising if someone succeeded in doing it ;d.

And just because it's a free doesn't mean much, they still need to do what they say they are gonna, you still have to agree to stuff when signing up for the game otherwise that could be the same excuse for botting.

You could probably sue JoyMax for medical reasons. By grinding next to botters requires more orientation, energy, eye movement, clicks... Thus it's harder, damages your health. Sue them for that...

Lol people who sign online petitions are stupid for few reasons:

1: Noone takes seriously online petitions
(cause anyone can edit it and put as many fictional names as they want)

2: no personal information in online petition
(Id No, address, phone, pic etc..)

3: no verified signiture

4: makers of online petitions usualy dont state facts about pettion and their aim and goals
(starting of petition, close day, information about use of that petition, conntact list of people who made petition or their organization, their plan, aim and goals etc).

5: Online petitions usualy have wrong (facts, informations) or stupid aims and goals
(like helpping some organizations in Africa for children protection that doesnt egzist, for liberation of some criminals, closing down of Mc Donalds, animal liberation organizations, helpping some sick person etc.)

6: Online petitions are BS
(it is created by stupid people who wants to do something but withouth effort or imagination or work - everyone can make online petition or sign it and then feel good about themselves but it ends there at that point and feeling).

7: Online petitions are mostly used by monitoring and spamm organizations (you have to put your e-mail address and then you recieve comertials, spamm, more stupid petitions, or even tracking black boxes which monitor your surfing habbits and your interests).

so dont get fulled if you dont want to recieve penis enlargment pills 10% off spamms, buy a house in botswana, or even worse end up in jail for downloading some stupid copyrighted torrent :) :)

OH Yeah that reminds me
a few months ago a friend of mine sent an email to a korean lawyer (he was not serious about it) because something that joymax did that pissed him off
(see, the friend of my friend got banned due to "illegal advertisement"- he advertised some info about the person Babel_gold or Babel_miss or whatever that keeps advertising "www.thepowerlevel.com" in globals after finding out who the person really is and of course that Babel_gold was not banned at all....... as the matter of fact he is still spamming thepowerlevel.com in globals and joymax does nothing against it.... )

ANYWAY...... after a few days the lawyer emailed him back saying he is ready to sue joymax.

his reaction was: O_O
so was mine. lol.

joymax is smart. they dont sell items and tickets. they sell silk. as soon as the silk is dilivered to your account, you got what you paid for.

anything you do with that silk, is your own problem. if you use it on an item that you cant use due to log in problems, that is your loss. they delivered the silk that you bought.

+1 for joymax

sueing them would be like sueing a car dealership for selling you a car, which you then cant drive because you cant afford gas.

if you guys really want to fix this game, load up a camal and do a trade run. if enough people do that = game fixed. its that simple.
