I am a nuker and do not use weapon skills, is crit really needed on my spear? Does it make a difference in my nuke?

No difference to your nukes.
Sword and Shield use skills 50% of the time in pvp.
So it is kinda important

if u dont, crit isnt important. if u do use wep skills, of coures... and i hope u will..

When i'm done farming I will use the weapon skills for PvP, but I really can't see myself doing so for anything else. thanks for the info guys.

@MasterKojito, yes, that would be the shit if the Int's got crits for the nukes. Unstoppable if JoyMax allowed that.

you cannot do crit without using spear/sword phy skills
if your build is full int
you will do less crit than a build with full str
cos the crit attack = 2x phy attack, and your phy attack is low compared with a full str build

r u guys kidding? nuke crits OWN!

ull use phys skills sometime in ur gaming career, so get a nice crit but it shouldnt be a top priority

As far as if Crit's matter - in PvP, most of the times, you'll be using KD's and stuff with your weapon skills - they CAN Crit, so it DOES matter, but keep in mind, that in no way, shape, or form will an INT's Crit be anywhere close to a STR's Crit.

Crits, Are Important My guess is your Low lvl so you really don't need to use weapon skills as much now, but at higher lvl, (80) Int Spears will be using spear skills 70% of the time in their fights. Also Int Wpn skills OWN they hit almost as hard as your nukes, if your nuking for 9k your Soul Spear Soul will do like 4.1k ~ 4.5k if you add crits on those u'll gain about 1k ~ 2k extra dmg so, 5.5k ~ 6.3k which would be equal to a pure str Soul Spear Soul crit hit.

dont make the mistake of most ints and stand there soaking dmg and using phys skills, NUKE! BUT also dont make the mistake of only nuking, ur KD+Stab is very useful especially if it crits, and a chain after a nice crit and a nuke is a killer

Crits only double physical damage+nukes are pure magical attack=nukes dont crit


If you are a nuker you will get crits only using weapon skills but you will never see a nukes crit. Please stop giving wrong information and correcting someone that was telling the true. If you dont believe me look for the higher crit weapon you find (doesnt matter the level), go to the mangyans, keep nuking them all night and at next day come here and tell everyone how many crit you got.

Coz' all this time i see Crit only when i use a Spear skill... not when i Nuke....

Nukes do to crit.. in Rappelz. O_o But like a billion other people have said, crits don't matter to PvE nukers.

Not needed unless you use weap skills.
