Need Help!!My game wont launch..

OK I downloaded the game and I was lucky to be able to play because I couldnt play the last game i downloaded ( Scions Of Fate )...It installed and it updated nicely..But when I pressed start (after gameguard finished) something strange came up..It was written on Japanese or something because I couldnt see what it was.. It was like this: ????????? ?????????? ??????????(???????)??????????????? and then I was able to see this : OS : Windows XP Professional Edition Service Pack 2 (build 2600)
CPU : AMD Sempron(tm) 2500+
Memory : Physical(511.5MB), Page(1250.1MB), Virtual(2047.9MB)
Graphic Card : HAL (mixed vp): RADEON 9200 SE
Graphic Card Version : 6.14.0010.6360
Graphic Driver Date : 2003- 6- 3 04:41
Build(exe) : [2000-00-00] [00:00:00]
And then there was like OK and Cancel I guess...But it was like this (?) (?)..
I really whant to play it so please help me out here...

Try updating your graphic drivers. And make sure your windows updates are up to date. Also make sure you've got the latest distribution of DirectX9 installed.

this happens to me sometimes. all i do is start the game again and it usually works.

Happens randomly for me. Just keep trying to start the game a few times.

Tryed 10 times...That doesnt work..I downloaded the latest ATI drivers control center but it needed NET framework so i downloaded that too but when i tryed to install that an error came up...DAM i hate my computer...i really do...

Funny thing but now the setup for net framework installed....I have the strangest computer...trust me...

I noticed you have the 9200SE I have the 9250 and they are very similar, we can no longer install the latest ATI drivers.
Try this one and see if you still get errors:

So thats why i couldnt even start my computer last night...But i fixed thath now...Ill try that too..

OK i installed the drivers and the game WORKS!!! TY VERY MUCH!!! (the only problem is that ever server is like crowded so i cant get into any)....
AT LEAST IT WORKS!!! WOOHOO!!!!

Least you got somewhere
well at any time the servers are crowded so it takes many tries to log in so GL
