Yeah they do drop alchemy items..

There's stuff like Isy's tear and shit aswell, iirc someone had the whole collection (Isy's tear, Tigergirl's blabla, Ureuchi's blabla, Lord Yarkan's blabla)

First one just shows premium stats and how lnog left and the gt shows your gt time..

uniques drop "special" items that can be rondo for elements some people just collect them and never destroy it (just as a reminder of the unique they killed)

I have every unique alchemy drop by isy. It's just sitting in my guild inventory and I won't be rondoing unless I'm that desperate for elements lol.

A premium ticket gives you the bonus stats and %s and gold time. So you get a thing showing your gold ticket, and a thing showing the bonuses you get from PT. Its all one thing.
