JOYMAX Failing to uphold their user agreement.

During the last couple of weeks and months the cities and chats of SilkRoad Online (on all servers) have been flooded with illegal content and racism across all areas. Yet JOYMAX swore under their agreement that environmental behaviour would be sorted out and prevented within the community.

Yet we continue to see users who have been online for weeks non stop advertising in game gold, keylogging sites and much more.

6. Unwholesome Behavior Policy

6.1 Unwholesome behavior will be defined as any behavior that violates Operation Policy and similar standards, prevents others from normal usage of the game, or encourages the focused persecution of an individual.

6.2 Restrictions will strictly follow the punishment regulations.

6.3 Certain timed punishments will be lifted after the duration of the punishment (time or date) has passed. If a user has been punished with an account deletion or block in accordance to the operation policy, there will be no limit to the duration of the punishment.

6.4 If one commits the similar behavior repeatedly or in conjunction with other unwholesome behavior, the duration of each punishment may accumulate.

6.5 Certain serious unwholesome behavior may warrant exceptional punishment without notice.

6.6 In certain cases even if the violation already has a corresponding punishment, there may be a difference in the punishment given. This difference between stated punishment and actual punishment received will only be used to ensure smooth gaming and fair operation and for no other reasons.

6.7 Any unwholesome behavior not listed above will be punished strictly and fairly in accordance with User Agreement, Operation Policy and other relevant rules and regulations.

The operation policy indicates these users should be removed, yet still remain on our servers destroying the very thing we all helped to create.

Companies such as JOYMAX refuse to help and stand by their policy, but rather watch their wallets increase!

Until they make changes users should avoid supporting corrupt companies!

It sucks but if you were to point this out to them they would probably say they changed their policy and haven't updated it on the webpage yet. O_o
