Panda wont be a pet ever probably. They took it out of GuildWars because of something about the endangered species list.

It is a mini pet in Guild Wars, but they didn't add more because of the whole endangered thing. So Pandas are I believe the most expensive mini pet, good luck getting it from the japanese guild that has it.
