I did just download silkroad to start playing again but all servers are crowed
even my server i used to play on

It's allways like that... Try connecting from 11PM GMT, the servers are not so crowded and u can easily login.
Or buy one of those new item mall cards.

What card do you mean ? Does it help to get in on the game or ??

yeah, Xian is a pain in the ass, it always takes 10-20 times with the new login IMO
