That's a real general question, maybe you should have gave us a list?
But since I'm a nice person I'll give you a few which I can think of atm, I'm sure more will follow or in time you'll understand

SP = Skill Points , Points gained through killing monster which grant Skill points, 400 sp is 1 skillpoint. It's a bit tricky, cause SP is used in two ways. 400 skill points gives you 1 skillpoint, a bit awkward, you'll get somewhere along the road.

XP= Experience Points, Nothing to explain
GT = Gold Ticket a ticket which you buy in the item mall for $13 gives you 100% XP 3 hrs a day.
PT = Platinum Ticket, gives same bonus as GT and some other stuff like+5% dmg etc.
PT = Party, you gain more xp in a party.
Garm =( short forGarment) armor set with high magical defense, MP usage bonus, speed bonus
Arm =(Short for Armor) armor with high physical defense. No bonus
Prot=( Short for Protector) In between, medium phys/mag defense MP bonus speed bonus
Sosun = the most powerful weapon, a sosun(= Seal of Sun) weapon is about a +15 weapon. Sos(=Seal of Star) SoM(=Seal of Moon) also have a similar bonus but not as strong ( still good though ).

phys.( phys def/ phys att/phys bal) = Physical used to tell your physical defense, your physical balance or other physical matters
mag. = same as phys but then Magical.
