1 how do i send guild message i am guild master but guild message is greyed out? is it down to the guild lvl we at lvl 2

2 silk white wolf do i have to buy clock ever 4 weeks or is it like grey wolf once purchased thats it?

3 lottery ticket selling in jangan is he ever use in the game,or what is he for?

4 where can i find a list of all the magic stones please
