[AGAIN] No start button, no update

Shit, I know I am about to get flamed now for being a noob (or not, w/e), but am I the only one who got no start button? & my client is still 1.097. Wth?

turn ur antivirus off, it worked for me, had the same prob.

close ur anti virus it will work normally
and check other threads instead of making new one

Didnt help. Any other solutions? I tried that when u have to start the client like a million times before it starts updating. Failed too. Should I keep trying? God dam u, JM, nice job, mother*****rs

That depends from different sorts of anti-viruses. Shut down all unknown-to-windows and unknown-to-urself proccesses, lol. That's what I did xD

heh i have avg think its got a few different processes running by looking in task manager but this gives me a better reason not to play sro so im pretty happy.

fyi svchost is not the one to close.
secondly... why the heck would someone shut down his antivirus to download an update?
i also don't get the start button, and i'm not planning to shut down any anti - virus stuff just to download an update that app. contains a trojan?

mine is updating now
before i did not get the start button or did SRO started updating.
Now it is updating.
Btw i have Avast as a virus scanner
