Upgrade to premium item?

What you think it's a bug with prem ticket or an actual upgrade? Maybe not too many people have bought one :S

I have already bought a ticket, but haven't used it yet. It's sitting in my storage waiting for my GT time to expire, which is in 2 days. If they do "upgrade" the current item, they better upgrade the one I bought also.

Omg they add silver and gold ticket for skill exp ?:O:O.. cause i never seen it b4 Am i right or wrong? cause when i looked at the item mall shop there was 4 ticket i never seen b4:] can use with gold ticket Oo
