Graphics glitch..

Does anybody else have the stupid glitch where stuff sticks out, for example, christmas scarfs stick out in the back and are completely stiff, same with the dragon flags. Is there a way to fix this?

Get the wind effect to work again thru hex editing.

Or, just set the graphics detail on the launcher to "Not Change", if you're not into Hexing and stuff.
