Is it me or is there something wrong with the alchemy system?

I've seen more and more weapons with the (22%) phys and mag. This past week, I've tried to alchemy my phys % and it goes:

0 -- 22 -- 0 -- 22 -- 22 -- 0 -- 0 -- 22

I decided to quit after not getting anything but 22 and 0. The same for my mag %.

At first I thought it was only my weapon, but then a few of my guild members said they couldn't get anything above 22% either. The weapon in this post is 22% and someone mentioned 22% in Death2All's sosun thread also: http://www.silkroadforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=41169

Hrm.. You're right, that's all I've been getting too. Maybe I should lay off on the alchemy for a while until a fix pops up.

Ya donno wtf is up with the 22% recently.
