what is it? what does it mean?
right before union trade i get dcd and then get this goddam error and cant even play
anybody know what to do or how to fix?

Happens to everyone I believe, I think its an unknown error, something glitched or wrong in the server

i just reinstalled, will this help? or is it related to the account

Reinstalling it MIGHT help, but it probably won't. Good luck!

Reinstall it and tell me if that helps. If it doesn't, then its an account problem.
In order to fix, youll have to log on using a client with the C10 error removed. Then you should be able to log on using a normal client.

C10 means that someone with your IP number and IP port is already connected to the server. This either means someone else in your house is playing the game and your router has a sucky NAT implementation or your computer/router never closed the connection properly. In the last case, rebooting your computer and/or your router should fix the problem.
