what does astrala 1/times mean?

Means the item has 1 Astral on it ??
If the item fails to suceed in +ing from 4-5 and onwards, instead of reducing to +0 the item is held at +4.
With 1 astral you have one time for this to happen, if it fails the astral is removed.
... if thats what you mean.
