anyone else getting this problem? anyone know why i'm not getting in?

1= how do we know there the same account?
2= no one else seems to have a problem, or if they are there being
quite about it

wht would i post this if i don't need help? I'd be playing right now if i could get in

AND btw someone had the same problem a couple days back, and made a post about it

Yes other people are having this problem. My GM was complaining about it this morning too. The funny part is that you guys seem surprised. Meanwhile those of us smart enough to look at JM's track record and see a pattern, are laughing at you.

Back to the main topic - Yup I think quite a few people are having login issues with Premium ticket. I went to the official forum to have a look and there aren't any answers from JM just yet

Yep I am one of thoes people that cant log in with the PreT.

I hope it gets sorted out soon, think im going to loose some GT time if I dont.

And it would suck for the others without PreT if only PreT users get some kind of bonus....in fact no....I would get the last laugh at people like YourDaddy who are laughing at us now

lol im getting a PGT just because i can. i dont care about the not logging in

part because i just leave my chr in game so it wont matter. Ill get it for the

stat boosts and the sp quest(s). I have to say that JM never said that PGT

users were guarenteed 100% access, PGT users just get priority

over non-PGT users. *PGT=Premium Gold Ticket*

someone posted this on the official forums asking why he payed a premium ticket but still was not able to get
sadly his topic got removed after couple hours with no reply (there was no flaming no whining just a serious question)

i find it quite lame from a company to just remove such a topic that might concern a lot more of their customers, such things should be made public and should be fixed or at least tell their customers what is going on.
You will complain when you buy a normal gold ticket but you don`t get the 100% exp bonus when you are in a distribution party and a company should fix such problems.

So you dont think they have fixed the problem to him/her who posted it ? If they done, so Is not need to have the thread there anymore...And anyway him/her cant give out info about hes acc in the thread so LOL I belive Is good Idea to take over PM or E-Mail .(I say If the fixed)

this primium shit is BS i can' get in and I know there are spots coz the confimation window pops up everytime but coz am not a premium user i can't get in this is BS.

they chnaged login system and verification always pop even w/o spot. and I always log first time with PT you must use false pt you bought from a guy in thief suite in the jangan dark street

I guess that sucks for you.. I can get on all the time in 15 minutes.

PT works fine I dont know what this guy is talking about. Alot of my guild mates have this and login on first try everytime.
