Quest Problem~

Hi all i'm level 51 currently and should be doing the ishades quest but for some reason when i go to the protector npc at hotan there is no quest icon on her head and also when i talk to her there is no "start conversation"... could someone please tell me where to get the quest? thx

what level is that tool traders quest???

Level 38 quest, you get it from the DW clothes npc, 20 red scoprion legs, only takes a few minutes to do. You need to do it or as you say you can't get the Ishade quest and without that you'll not get about 3 of the 60+ desert quests.
