ppl keep wondering about this... happens quite often in low lv, i guess since there are not too much variations in def.

actually you have 1 chance out of 9 that it happens, s its fairly common.
I explain : 0% = 0.1 50% = 0.2 and 100% = 0.3
one chance out of three to get one 100%, multiply this by 1/3 and get 1/9

No all lvl 1 rings are +100% +100% even the ones in the stores..

at low lvls there is no 67% or 45% so theres a much better chance of 100/100

Isn't it because regardless of the % it's always 0.3 on necklace?
