Have you tried saying assimilation or grass? Can't even use the alt trick on grass as ass is in the middle of the word.

I've even typed things as were I can't see any profanity and it still blocks me, so I sit and reword and it does it again so I have to reword the damn thing again.

If they're are going to ban words, they should get it right. If you're going to ban ass, ban it just like that, not so it blocks it if it's placed anywhere in any word.
