guild leader was hacked?

(never give other members next to guild leader withdraw optien, when someone gets hacked this can happen)

coulve just dismantled the guild rather than have to go through all that.

Probably, but it doesnt hurt to try. Or does it? <_< >_>

That was kinda dumb imo. Sensible thing would have been to give guild leader to someone else, and then let people decide if they actually wanted to leave guild. People can become attached to a guild name.

That happened to the guild I belong to a while ago. The entire guild was kicked except the gm, and guild storage was wiped clean which amounted to tens of millions of gold. But we bounced back after a short while.

u could've transfered leadership, or dismantle, XD a lot less work and makes them feel a little better, banned is so harsh

hmm.. guild is 1 thing, just think of the amount of gold you need to promote a guild from lv 1 to 5... but to be honest, banning is kinda fun =) i did the same when i was dismissing the union i was leading...

I agree. It would have been much more sensible to give the guild to someone else.

The master of my previous guild did the same thing, but he took it a step further. He got annoyed at one of my guildmates for supposedly "crying and complaining all the time", and the master claimed that my guildmate said he could do a better job.... So instead of just giving him guild leadership, the guild master banned every single person from the guild, then gave the empty guild to the other guy. He then created a new guild and basically declared an unofficial war against our guild. He even had some high level friends to "keep a lookout" for members of our guild (kill on sight)...

The "crying and complaining" guy did recruit some people, including me, into the guild, but then he quit and that guild died. So I moved on to other guilds.
