Need help with PayPal

Hi I need some help with PayPal cause i want to buy a ticket
anyway do you guys have experience with this? Is it secure to do it this way? And another question how do i transfer money from my bankaccount to PP? thanks for your help
Edit: how much $ or euro does 1 silk cost? and can you buy it per 1 or per packs of 10 or so?

There is an explination of how to setup the account on the paypal site.
You get silk in denominations of 50, 100, 300, and 500. If you really wanna break it down, its 10 cents USD per 1 silk, so 50 is $5 USD, 100 is $10 USD etc etc.

50 silk=4 euros
100 silk=8 euros
300 silk =24 euros
