Yup. It's confirmed:
"Hello. This is Silkroad Online.
New cash items have been updated, which includes cute Gold & Pink Pigs, a Premium Item with various functions and an additional special function that allows a player to connect to the server regardless of the current server traffic. Please check the items at the Item Mall by pressing F10, and we ask for our users’ continual support."

They better remove the 'Free to Play' off the site.
SRO isn't free to play anymore, unless trying to login for 5 hours straight is part of the game.
