Someone posted that link during an arugement of the spelling and how to pronouce glaive.

It seems according to wikipedia Glaive originated from a french word. And they referred to a swedish tactic using this weapon. Would seem that this weapon is european, why do our chinese characters use a historically european weapon? Yes I know the game is fantasy, but there is a european counterpart in this game, wouldn't the euro characters use the glaive instead?

Oh well...ok with me, I like the heuksal skills.

The etymology of the word doesn't necessarily will match with the history of what it means...
Know what i mean?

The Blade Glaive is a Kung Fu weapon, Chinese stuff, that's for sure, maybe the guy who very firstly studied it's history maybe was french?
Like the guy who studied the SilkRoute's history was deutsch...

If it's name in the game is Glavie, its Glavie

If it's name was Chicken Soup in the game, then i would call it Chicken Soup
