Not real fair that you cannot log in when you would like to play, and then you become Disconnected all to often...

reasonable enough to say that joymax is failing to deliver a complete gaming experience?

so, the $ invested is returnable...

thoughts?

here is the short version..

I paid real money to buy silk and play this game. Due to Joymax and there jacked up login and server limitations, A person cannot really play at their discretion. Meaning you can really only play when you can log in, not necessarly when you would like to play.

I think that Joymax has failed to supply its customers with adequate customer service and a quality gaming experience...Therefore one is entitled to a refund for monies spent to play this game.

Agree or Disagree...

did you ever play during the time there was no server cap?

5-7 second delays.

the server cap was definitely a good thing in my opinion.

If you do chargeback, the next service you can expect is your account banned.

Then you defiantly wont be able to log in.

i agree with you daddy! i cannot play when ever i like to play due to server traffic.. The time of my monkey is wasted.. they should stop pet duration when ever a player log out the game if they cant solve this problem..

but now ive been planning not to buy silk anymore.. joymax dont care about there customers. :twisted:

ill stop farming when my pet rental is over..

i really dont care if they ban my acct after a chargeback... I cant log in to play anyhow...so whats it matter....

dude, you always get a refund for a gold ticket or ur monkey.
It won't work, when u created an account u agreed with the agreements etc.
Read those agreements before you actually agree with it.

they said there are no refunds, you agreed to that when you signed up.

If you look at just about anything you can buy on the internet that is not a physical object it will say no refunds...

I am telling you right now that Paypal will allow chargebacks, and I will be trying to to charge it all back..

SRO is such a waste...

Its not only about Monkeys and GTs..... Astrals, immortals which are wasted on weapons and if you cant play therefore you cant use them...
