Ok, I've got 2 ideas to make the servers less full.
1e. Give all the players (like screenshot) a video cam so that they can report botters (and have proof).
2e. DC all players that have been nonactive for 1 houre (more/less).
What do you think of it??

video cam you can use fraps, and if they gave us one would probably introduce more lag. the inactive thing would be alright unless your the one stalling

If you're talking about the separate server for turks topic, try reading it before you say something stupid like that.

not a cam taking pictures of themselves but ingame lol so if u c a bot u can record it and send it in

one- post this on the actual sro forums
two- it would be impossible for people to stall if they got d/ced in 1 hour
three- there would be to many bot movies for the admins to watch( lol this is a sad reality
)
