Contacting Joymax Directly

In regards to
this thread that was posted on the official website's forums, Itonami [Greece], Kiriyu [9Dragons], and myself [a retired player] have decided that with the help and support of other players, we will try to make an organized attempt at contacting the gaming company.
We hit a hot spot with GM morningdew earlier today, if we get banned, you'll know why. GM morningdew wrote a very rude, unprofessional response to the thread and later deleted it.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO FLAME - GET OUT

All opinions are welcome, but if you're going to start a flame war of any kind, I will request that this topic is locked and I can always retry. We are doing this in attempt to benefit the iSRo community.
-We know most of the employees at the Korean office don't speak english, but they do have bilingual employees.
-We ask that if you decide to participate in this, please spread the word, although spamming is highly disapproved of.
The entire purpose of this thread is to try to make an impact on Joymax's main office, rather than going through the California office where they pick and choose what they want to report. If they get even fifty letters in a certain time period, there's a good chance that maybe they'll consider doing something. It's a common belief that the California office doesn't send everything that's going on in iSRo, doesn't send all of the reports and so on.
If you're going to participate, we ask that you:
Use proper english, no 'plz, thx, NOOOOB, GAYYYYY' ect. Make yourself seem civilized, and like you're serious about proving your point.
Try not to be repetitive, make your points clear!
Don't flame. For all we know, KJM might not be getting everything.
Nokturne wrote:I called the Korean office today, to be somewhat vaguely confirmed by GM hanpooh [I always assumed hanpooh was a woman

] that they in fact
do not get everything that is sent to the US office. I informed him of the botting issue, the account security, and the serious lag issues.
"We only recieve a monthly report on what the California represenatives find glitched. We're aware that there is a 'afk leveling' problem, but we did not know it was to a certain degree."
"Any letters you can send would be helpful I'll initiate an investigation into your claims and the efficiency of the California office."
Any comments are welcome!
It seems that there's at least a small amount of interest, so by May 20th, I think we should all send whatever letters we come up with to the following address:
Joymax co.,Ltd
78, 13F West IT Venture Bldg Garakbon-dong Songpa-gu
SEOUL, 138803
KR
Yes, this is the proper format.
To calculate your postage:
http://www.usps.com/

Itonami will not be as involved in this project as much for now, due to unpreventable and unforseen circumstances. Keep her in your thoughs.

I agree with most points, but I believe you underestimate the power of good legits. True, you should inspect people who make lvl 80 within a month of cap raise, but I know a few legits who lvl way faster than bots in the time that they play (not 24/7 obviously), and therefore manage to lvl almost as much as bots.

Good effort, but I doubt its going to do anything. Remember when that big ban list for Xian/Aege came out, and all those people called JM to get their account ban lifted?
After a while, JM customer service just gave up and told people to stop bugging them.
It's probably going to be the same for this issue. Sure they'll read 4 or 5 letters. But after that, they're just going to get annoyed and start tossing them into the trash.
Even though this is a legit issue compared to the botter's issue, I don't think JM will care or bother to distinguish the two. To them, its just complaints.

At first I thought that was impossible, but after I met some people in my union, I can really believe that, a legit that levels as fast as a bot.
BTW, when I hit the link on the first post I am redirected to SRO official site.
~Ninja wizard edit~nvm, I probably found the thread, Nokturne, you express valid points, which I am sure has been all expressed before by others, yet JM or iSRO team does nothing about it, I really wish all those statements to be at least taken in consideration, after all I love this game, but I do not think there is much to do about it from our side other than being legit, nice and wish for the game to change. I wish you good luck <3

Morningdew deleted the thread, and blocked Nokturne's account.
We were just interested in seeing if there was any kind of support behind this.
They may eventually get the point if the get enough letters. They may not.
Nothing tried, nothing gained.

The lack of consideration shown to Nokturne, and everyone who agrees with her is absurd, to think that costumers are not heard at all when all they want is help improve the game with their suggestions, that alone motivates me to leave the game >_<

Nice effort .. all the best....
But one question though, what is the whole point in contacting JM ?
Is it regarding bots ?
Lag issues ?
Events ?
Or jus the reason for being banned

So MD blocked Nokturne's account?Jesus...The thread is still there though..dunno for how long.
This has gone to far already. OK, so I did what you said. Hope we will get somewhere. I know ppl will post stuff here saying ridiculous things, but I don't care. If you prefer giving up or just laugh of that who dares not putting up with an abuse anymore, go ahead.
When a guy said he will sue JM everybody said he's nuts...When ppl started Manifests and petitions they also said those were nuts. And so on...
I prefer being considered stupid than actually being.
Good luck and count on my help.
For truez: On the thread ppl started wondering if JM actually knows what is going with their international version of SRO. And, as a dude said there, something seems to be fishy here. A forum moderator can't just delete his post just like that, and btw, the post wasn't too kind or polite...

The point of contacting KJM is to let them know directly what the problems are. If someone has been banned, hacked, anything, thats not what we were trying to get across. The point is to let them know what you personally think about the situation of the game.
Nothing more.

The whole point in contacting Joymax is to get them to pay more attention to isro. As it seems the moment they started seeing their profit levels rise, they just don't really care about what goes on over here anymore. What happened to GM Gargamel and GM Pizza? At least Gargamel used to appear in the game sometimes and she types english quite well. She even used to resite some proverbs right before inspection, even though most didn't make much sense, but at least we knew a GM was active.
This game has taken too much of my life for me to just quit like that. I'll support Nokturne along with my friends.

I'm kinda writing and camping Isy at the same time
Anyway, I appriciate the fact that people are at least giving us some thought. It might seem like a lost cause, and even if they laugh in our faces, it was worth a try.

Because either NuclearSilo is lying OR she/he doesn't care enough to help but cares enough to taunt people by throwing that information in peoples faces.... o.o

i love it how ppl think they have a say or can change the game when its free, the only ppl who should have a say or try to contact the game for change should be the ppl who have purchased silk

Well, if anyone was to get in touch with them in a friendly scenario, let them know I want to have a word to them about fixing the shoddy in-game English.

), I hope you're right about this adress so it doesn't show up in some poor Korean-familys mailbox.

For those of you who don't believe in doing this, you'll be the first to complain when something else goes wrong in the game. At least those of you who have tried to contact JoyMax and influence the game will be able to say that they've done something positive to the effects of botters and glitches.
